In this tutorial, we will show you how to easily find and print your 1095-B information return letter. First, open your web browser. Navigate to wwmissoonercare. You will see the "Manage Account" button. Go ahead and click on that. Here, you will enter your user ID and password for your My Soonercare account. If you have an account but have not created a user ID and password, then click on the "Create an Account" using your Pen Magazine. Your PIN can be found on your most recent eligibility letter, located on the top right of our letters. Fill out the required information and hit continue. Follow the remaining steps and your account will be created. Once you have logged in, you will be at your "My Benefits" page. Click on the "View Letter" settings, seen here on the bottom right. This page will show you all of the letters that we have sent you in the past. Click on the 1095-B information return letter. Your letter will display on your screen and look similar to this.
