Welcome to Track 1099. We are pleased to offer e-file and e-delivery for 1094 and 1095-C forms, starting in tax year 2015. Our pricing for these forms is the same as our 1099 and W-2 series, and our workflow is exactly the same. To get started, sign in with us and select the first button. If you have an existing payer, you can click on that to add their name and address information at the top. After that, scroll down and click on the purple bar that says "Filing Obamacare". Here, you will find the 1094 information that you need to enter for that employer. Once you have entered that information, you can manually add 1095 recipients. This is the employee information required for the Affordable Care Act. Alternatively, you can import data in bulk using a CSV template that we offer for the 1095-C form. After entering all recipient information, click on "Form Summary". Here, we will list all of your employees. If you have miscellaneous or W-2 forms, you can also file them at the same time. Double-check your information, and then select "E-File". We will e-file to the IRS on a schedule starting in March. The deadline for filing is March 31st, so you have some time. Recipients will start receiving their forms in January. If you don't have email addresses for your recipients, we will mail the forms for you. Alternatively, you may choose to print and mail the forms yourself for free. After that, we offer several download options including PDFs and CSV files.
